HIIT before strength training...thoughts?
I'm 33 male 6'3" 285lbs So here's my routine. 15 mins on treadmill, which consist of: -2.5 mins walking -10 min of ...60 sec speed 7 and 60sec speed 3.5, but I don't let my HR drop below 140 -2.5 min walking cool down I build up a good sweat going and I do enjoy it. Then off to strength training for 50mins.

How much time do you spend on a treadmill?
How much time do you guys/gals spend on a treadmill going foing semi full? I'm not sure if I'm spending to much or to little. I try to keep my HR at a min of 140. When it drops to 140, I take the speed back up and get my HR to around 155'ish and maintain that until I can't go any more. Then I'll lower the speed, till my HR…
