Overeaters Anon?
I went to an overeaters anon meeting this past weekend and I do appreciate the 12-step approach. However, I am thinking that if you really follow this approach then you shouldn't be counting calories. If I don't keep my food diary I will not lose the weight that is unhealthy for me. Nutrition needs after surgery
I had a pretty big surgery 2 weeks ago, a sigmoidectomy. I am wanting to start to eat healthy again as well as lose weight that I simply can't afford to carry around anymore. Are my body's caloric needs greater now, or is my 1200 goal still okay? I'm trying to take it slow but really want to transform this time around.…

starting again
I am on vacation to relax and take care of me because of so much stress at home and working so hard. For some reason I thought that translated intio cheesecake, hot dogs, and all sorts of bad food. Now, three days into vacation I am feeling so bad about myself. How to promote self-love instead of self-loathe?
