Questions about HRM..
I have a Polar FT7, I have had it since the beginning of December. I just changed the battery out in the transmitter about 2 weeks ago. I find it has a hard time picking up my heart rate, and at times when it does it is crazy high (200+). Would anyone have any ideas why it's doing that or what to do to keep it reading…

Insanity.
I'm going to be starting Insanity either today or tomorrow. I do my progress pictures and measurements the first monday of each month. I'm just wondering since I did them a week ago, should I do them again or just dont bother?

In need of motivation.
I started this journey at the beginning of June and since then I have lost 41lbs with a mix of healthy eating and exercising.
