done really well today 4 miles with weights whilst walking dog. did early in morning as it was such a lovely morning, Good luck for next week everyone

stressful time at moment so have done 4 miles with weights today to keep me distracted! has helped a bit although I ache all over my back now! We can do this if we all just focus on the positive side of this. Keep going!

day 3 keep on walking !
completed day 3 this am still heavy rain here so did 4 miles on treadmill at maximum incline! Hard going but worth it! good luck to everyone else.:happy:
