I've been doing spin classes 4x a week for 3 weeks now, and I'm seeing so much improvement in my thighs and butt! I'm legit getting better results than when I was doing squats. I'm so addicted to it now! What about you?

I look worse than before.
I was seeing really great results until this past Tuesday. I feel like I've gained a few lbs despite still working out every day and eating great. struggling to reach my protein intake goal.. tips plz!
My ideal would be 130 g of protein, but I'm aiming for at least 103g! I try so hard to have protein at every meal, but on my best days I just get up to the 90s.. On a typical day my main protein sources are 2 hard boiled eggs, skinless chicken breast, and 2 scoops of whey (40g of protein).

taking a nap/lying down after workout?
I workout in the mornings which works great for me. After I come home I take a shower, eat my lunch, dry my hair and then usually go lie down. Is taking a nap a hour or so after exercising going to undermine my workouts somehow? Just wondering.

Hey everyone, I lost 60 ish lbs 4 years ago, and kept it off until January, when I gained 10 lbs in 6 short months. It feels like i gained it overnight.. How many miles should I be running a day?
Right now I'm running about 2 - 3 miles a day on the treadmill at an average incline of 2. Should I be running further? Also, I'm not sure what leg exercises I should be doing to tone my legs. I'm only doing squats and lunges. Please comment if you know of any other exercise that are good for the legs! Thanks :)
