I don't eat 1200 anymore, but when I did I felt pretty content with that many calories. I had a lot of protein (110g ish) from chicken eggs whey. And my sides were usually fresh veggies eg cucumber bell pepper lettuce kale celery etc. With lemon juice drizzled on top. The sides filled me up really well for usually under 50…

That sounds good to me! I find adding an apple really makes a difference in my performance, if you want to try that and see how it works

I do spin and weight classes too! I've been doing them 5-6x (usually 6x) a week for over 3 months now, and I'm at my goal weight now. I lost about 13 lbs. So no, it doesn't sound like too much to me.

Whey iso burst! From GNC. Their french vanilla flavor is the greatest

Pretty random, but I love your legs! & your arms are nice too, I honestly don't see any flab!

Me! I'm 20 from Vancouver. I eat chicken and seafood though haha

30 carbs, 35 fat, 35 protein

I gained 10 lbs of the 50 lbs I lost after about 2.5 years of maintaining without counting calories. To be honest, I definitely could have continued to maintain without counting, but my life style completely changed and I didn't care enough to stop when I started to notice that I was gaining.

I stopped eating bread since I didn't like it that much anyway. I also swapped cereal for eggs, although I do have oatmeal sometimes. For the past couple of months I stopped eating rice, potatoes, pasta etc and I have fresh veggies as my side instead. I eat a lot of fruit, so my carbs aren't actually low, but my carbs (&…

I do spin classes all the time. I don't wear a heart rate monitor tho.. according to the bike I usually burn 400 cals in a 45 min class and 500 in a 55 min class. I'd say 200-300 is reasonable. Don't eat back all of your calories and it won't really matter, that's what I do haha

Fail haha. Calcium and iron should be avoided taken together. You're probs mixing it up with vitamin C which does help with absorption. OP, did you get your iron levels checked while you were on your bulk/maintenance? Grain has a lot of iron in genereal, esp cereal. So makes sense that your levels would drop a bit. I take…

I started out to be better than others tbh. I'm really competitive haha. Now my results motivate me and really it's just a habit for me.

I like quinoa mixed with steamed spinach, craisens and chickpeas

Losing 21 lbs in a month isn't something you should aim for actually. Whatever you did last time wasn't good, so don't repeat it. Losing more than 2lbs/week means you're losing a lot of muscle and not just fat. Protein: .65g - .85 g of lean body mass fat: at least .45g of body weight carbs: whatever is left over

I do gym classes 5-6x a week too and I lost quite a bit of weight! I'm also eating at a calorie deficit though and I weigh absolutely everything. I log everything that I take a bite of. It's become a really great habit, I even weigh my food in my dreams and see how the macros fit into my goals hahaha. So anyway, the…

Carrots, cucumbers, plain greek yogurt, raspberries, blackberries Not really what I consider low cals, but apples, bell peppers, blueberries are my favs too.

It won't help with losing weight, but it'll help you be healthy and also with the way your body looks. Try pre planning your meals, that helps with making sure that you'll meet your goals without going over calories. Greek yogurt is pretty much pure protein (if you get a 0 fat one) and has low calories. Protein powder is…

That's probs one of the best alcohol choices you can make! Obvs not healthy, but a lot better than the jagger bomb phase I went through haha. It won't affect weight loss if you fit it in your calories.

You're so supportive for doing that for him! Wow!

I lost 50 ish lbs when I was 17 without counting calories, and then I maintained my goal weight for 3 years also without counting calories. My lifestyle changed quite a bit though and I ended up gaining 10 lbs in a year. I probably could've avoided that 10 lb gain if I counted calories. I started counting in April and lost…

Wow! That's impressive, can I hire you haha. I've had the same seasoned chicken breast almost every day for the past few months haha. Good thing I have a pretty boring taste and am happy with little variety.

I did kickboxing bare feet (so did the rest of the class and the instructor) for the year and half I was going to classes. They'll cover everything for sure. The only tip I have is to put 100% effort in and to have fun

It's so weird how off topic these threads get sometimes lol. OP, I'm a pear shape too! Keep working out (include lunges and squats), continue to eat at a calorie deficit and you will see results! I started eating less and working out more 2.5 months ago. Now I have no cellulite on my thighs, more definition (my quads and…

For breakfast I really like eggs with cheese, high in fat and protein. Plain greek yogurt is another good choice. Chicken is another pretty obvious choice. Fish is really good too since it has fat in it. Just don't have a huge side of grains. I usually just have cucumbers and other veggies for my side. For snacks you can…

I'm 130 right now. I used to be 124 for years, so I'm trying to get back to that weight. I remember wanting to be 120 lbs back when I was 124 lbs, but it was really hard for me to maintain
-
I track my fish oil too, as well as calcium and iron. The calcium is 0, and the iron is only 2 cals, but I like seeing their impact on my nutrients chart.

My exercise on rest days is almost always walking to the kitchen, to the washroom and to the TV room. I even avoid meetinf up with friends haha anythung that gets me out of the house is too much. It's the laziest day ever haha. I work out hard 6 days a week though.

Fast food, juice and pop. (I use pop sometines as chase or a mix though)

Before. I was weighing chicken breasts after I baked them for the longest time, then when I found out that you need to do it before, I started seeing better weight loss results.

I watched a bit of the tour en France (or whatever it's called) - the bike race, the other day and I found myself thinking about it during the end of my spin class. I was like if they can bike across France, then I can get through this class. Biggest loser motivates me to push myself too. If I'm struggling with the last…
