IIFYM Question & Last Five Pounds

So I'm on my last 5lbs and my weight loss has greatly slowed down. I decided to focus more on the IIFYM approach & trying to hit the numbers as best I can to drop the pounds. Wow, it is hard. Calorie counting is easy & not a big deal, but trying to hit the macro numbers is making this so difficult. My carbs & fat are always too high and my protein is too low (don't eat much meat or fish). So my question is: will hitting the numbers as best I can help with losing the last 5lbs? And what can I do to hit the numbers without going over my calorie goal?
My macros are 125 carbs, 94 protein, 42 fat

It won't help with losing weight, but it'll help you be healthy and also with the way your body looks.
Try pre planning your meals, that helps with making sure that you'll meet your goals without going over calories. Greek yogurt is pretty much pure protein (if you get a 0 fat one) and has low calories. Protein powder is also good for increasing protein without increasing your other macros and calories by too much.
