Hello! I just started Pilate videos recently, and was wondering if they actually did anything for you? I do about 45-60 minutes of cardio dancing per day, and I want to know if this is enough cardio for about 30 minutes of pilates.

Thank the Lord that I was given at least some scrap of patience when I was made, because without it, I doubt I would be posting this. I finally hit 15 pounds lost yesterday after starting working out in March. It seems like it was going so slowly, but I'm nearly 1/4 of the way to my goal now.

Having Trouble Keeping With 30DS? Motivation, please?
I really need to keep up with the shred (today was day 4/30), but I'm having a tough time getting motivated to get up and do it. Once I start I'm fine, but before that I just want to be lazy. How can I make sure I do it every day?

Did 30DS help you lose back fat?
I have an event coming up at the end of the month, and am currently on day 3 of the shred. My dress (side zipper) zips up everywhere but the area around where I store my fat - the side-back-fat roll. There's about an inch left there until I can zip it up. Will the shred be able to (at least) reduce it?

Small NSV, but HUGE for me
Today it's official - I lost my first dress size. I tried on an 18 when I went clothes shopping today, and to my surprise it was huge! The 16 fit beautifully, and only took a minute or two of fiddling with the zipper in one area. One down, a whole lot more to go. ;)

Hello. I was just wondering, should you eat at least 1200 calories a day, or have a net of 1200 calories a day? I was wondering, because I tend to eat low calorie foods and exercise a lot. For example, my intake today was 1200-something, but I only have a net of around 100.

Hello everybody! I am currently 235 Ibs, size 16/18 and stand at 5'7. My measurements are 46-36-47, and I've already lost two inches around my waist and one on my hips. My goal is to be down to a size 30 waist by the end of this summer - wish me luck!
