Small NSV, but HUGE for me

Today it's official - I lost my first dress size. I tried on an 18 when I went clothes shopping today, and to my surprise it was huge! The 16 fit beautifully, and only took a minute or two of fiddling with the zipper in one area.
One down, a whole lot more to go.
