Pilates and Cardio?

Hello! I just started Pilate videos recently, and was wondering if they actually did anything for you? I do about 45-60 minutes of cardio dancing per day, and I want to know if this is enough cardio for about 30 minutes of pilates.

Pilates is amazing. I was strength training and doing cardio, but when I started pilates(at home with dvds), I really saw a change in my body. Especially in my tummy, thighs, and butt. I have been doing it for almot a year and a half, and I still love it. I look forward to doing it every morning. Most dvds I do are between 30 and 50 minutes. Here are some of my favorites:

I love pilates. It, along with cardio, kicked my *kitten* into shape a few years ago & I'm now using both again to get back into shape. I do a 45 min. pilates class 1x/week & 20-40 mins of a pilates video another time a week, then do cardio 2-4 x/week. I've only been to 4 pilates classes but I am already feeling stronger, & my legs are much more toned.0
