I know strength training is important, but I really do not know where to start! Night time snacking
I am a terrible night time snacker!!! I will eat healthy all day, but come 10pm, I'm eating chips and queso and having a glass of wine. Help with healthy night time snacks/substitutes? Thanks!

Sad=Eat, Stressed=starve
When I'm depressed (like yesterday when my 15 yr old cat was put down) I eat junk. When I am stressing about something, I can't eat. I get down right sick and my body empties itself.
