I'm a 25 yo guy seeking other guys who have lost weight using mfp. Started at 227 lbs over a week ago and am currently weighing in at 226 lbs. I've done this before, but gained back the weight after a family member died. Looking for inspiration, buddies and before and after shots.
to be fair I'm a 25 yo male and I'm sure that factors in. My starting weight was 237 lbs I'm 5'7 and I'm a total couch patito. All I did was count calories.
