Any other guys on here who have lost or are in the process of loosing weight? Would be great to get other guys perspectives.

    My diary is open, and when I'm not working out, cooking meals, or spending time with my wife, or kids, I'm usually on here, T-nation.com, or Bodybuilding.com looking for new workouts, nutrition information, or recipes.
