i haven t been on mfp in about a month now--after i lost a biggest loser contest,,,55 lbs in 10 weeks,,14.9% of body weight. i stopped smoking for 2 months[cold turkey]and re-gained 38 lbs in 4 months.. today i have come back to reality to understand , that i still need mfp to reach my goal weightwish me luck
