I wish you well. That is a very limited diet. Are you planning to restructure your diet after the 10 weeks? If not be very careful not to gain that back. Be good to yourself.

You should be able to add in other lean proteins and vegetables and drop weight a little more safely. What you are cutting out will work. Add in some good fats too, such as avocado, olive oil in your salad dressing, cooking eggs/protein in coconut oil. Good Luck!!

Good luck with your contest! Got to love your enthusiasm! If you are looking for a low cal zero point soup there is one called zero point weight watcher soup at food.com. It offers more vitamins and nutrients than just cabbage and carrots and it actually tastes great. I add salt and other seasoning to mine to make it delicious. You can eat this all day long. I eat it before I eat anything else, just to make sure I eat less. I eat a lot of egg whites too to keep my protein up. Non fat plain yogurt with your fruit and zero cal sweetener is great when you want something sweet. I also take a multivitamin. If you are exhausted when you go to work out and your body is drained, you are not eating enough calories and need to eat more. Good Luck!
