Please help! I need advice on my calorie intake
I am new to this and have been on a 1200 calorie intake. I have started to exercise 3-4 times a week loosing between 400-600 calories each time I go exercise. I am also under my calorie intake. extra calories left?
I have been under my calorie count all week and this weekend I am going to a bar and I love to have a few drink ;) I was wondering can I use the calories I have had left throughout the days and use them? Or are they lost? I don"t want to use them all but a rarely go out and I would like to enjoy myself.
