Runners - fueling question
I'm currently training for my first half (my longest run so far was only 7 miles, so I've got a ways to go!). I'm having a hard time with how to fuel my runs properly. Dumbbell Bench Press - Upping the weight?
I've been doing dumbbell bench press as part of my routine, 3 sets of 10 reps (or to failure). I can do 2 x 10 and 1 x8 with 25lb dumbbells. Today I upped to 30lb dumbbells and managed 2 x 6 and 1 x 5. Should I drop the weight back down until I can do all 3 sets of 10 (at 25lbs) or keeping pushing with 30 lbs? I want to…

Help a newbie out? :)
Hi All! I just started Stage 1 today and I have a REALLY dumb question - how long does the workout usually take you? I did Workout A and followed all of the reps and was done in about 20 minutes. I feel like I must have done something wrong because that seems really short to me! Any ideas?

Ripped in 30 - How to log?
Dumb question coming.... :) How do I log exercise from doing Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD? It's not a part of the exercise database and I hate to guess-timate how many calories I burn? Any suggestions? Thanks :)
