How long did you have to train before you could run a mile without stopping? I feel like I'm getting fairly fit, but running is challenging in a whole new way! I really want to conquer this but I need some motivation - tell me that it gets easier?! And how long until you started enjoying a run?

Tabatas - how to track in exercise diary?
I love tabatas, but I'm not sure how to log it in MFP's exercise diary. I tried logging the individual exercises & reps (mountain climbers, plank row, wall sits with lat raises, lunges), but I couldn't find calorie information for the individual exercises either. Boo!
