Tabatas - how to track in exercise diary?

I love tabatas, but I'm not sure how to log it in MFP's exercise diary. I tried logging the individual exercises & reps (mountain climbers, plank row, wall sits with lat raises, lunges), but I couldn't find calorie information for the individual exercises either. Boo! Does anyone have any idea on how to log this? I feel like it kicks my butt and I want to give myself credit!

I would also like to know this. They are convenient to do when I can't get or don't feel like going to the gym.

I've been logging it as calesthenics or circuit training, I guess it is kind of the same thing.

  • I would log it as "calisthenics - vigorous effort" (or "circuit training" which burns the same amount of cals) :)
