HI All So my 2 weeks of Phase 1 will be completed on sunday. I am down 8.6lbs and after not losing anything for the last 8 months this has been incredible! Would you recommend Fit Bit??
Hi All! I have a few friends who have the FitBit and I am thinking of getting one. What are your thoughts? How accurate do you think it is? I have an HRM now and try to underestimate my calories burned. the FitBit looks a little more sophisticated and may give me more of the push I need. So any feedback is appreciated.

Question about eating before working out. What??
So I have started the Couch to 5K program and a few people have told me I should eat about 30 min before working out to get more stamina. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should eat? I really dont want to go the Red Bull or 5hr energy drink way. I am not a fan. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi All I started back up on MFP last week and need to lose a go0d 50-60lbs. I have been doing WW for the last 12 wks and lost 11lbs. But I started back on here and it looks like I have gained a 1lb or 2. I am totally bummed today. I need some friends and some encouragement on here. Thanks guys!
