Daycare Provider; still burning calories?
Hey everyone. Thanks to my new job for the past two weeks as a daycare provider (for two year olds who give me a run for my money), I haven't been able to hit the gym. 30 Day Shred Calories. (Females, please answer!)
I'm 5'6". 160 pounds. Some people are saying to log your calories as "Circuit Training". If I were to log all 30 minutes, it says I'd burn 290 calories. Thing is when I work out, I go hard. Running/Gym Shoes for Flat Feet.
Hey everyone. Currently, the shoes I have Nike's but since I have flat feet & I began running again - they've become uncomfortable. It's hard to walk fast or run with flat feet; I immediately get shin splints after a minute of brisk walking. Any suggestions for shoes great for flat feet? (Or if you could recommend insoles!)
