Hey everyone I've lost over 44 lbs and have another 5-10 lbs to go. I've been steady about 1-2 lbs per week. I have a few friends but would love some more supportive friends. I've found that quite a few people will drop off of mfp. It's nice to have supportive friends. Add me please!

Lost over 43 lbs
I don't have that much left to lose. I don't meet the bmi charts which is 33% of America. I'm 6' 1' 215 lbs currently. My goal is 195-205. Within that range. I'm happy with my progress thus far. I don't have a before picture just as I am now.

Wife supportive but not at the same time?
Overall I've lost more than 38 lbs. I have about 10 more to go and I'll be at my goal weight. Recently my wife has been commenting on how small my butt looks and she doesn't like it.... Every time I go out to exercise she gives me a look of disapproval.... You'd think she would be happy that I'm doing great feeling great…

BMI issues....
Hello everyone, I started my fitness and weight loss journey 2 months ago. I've lost two inches off my waist and gained more muscle mass. Only lost 1 pound!
It's been two months since I started an exercise regime. I walk/run between 5 miles per day 7 days a week. do push ups stomach crunches. I do not eat back my calories. Eating around 1800-2000 calories per day. I've been tracking my food on MFP for two weeks, I expected to see a drop in my weight since I was watching…
