Fitbit + logging exercise?
What do you guys n gals do when it comes to syncing your fitbit with MFP and logging exercise? Do you do BOTH? For example, I am doing 30DS but have been manually logging in my exercise, not wearing my fitbit. I didn't know if there would be conflicting calories or something. Tae Bo; Zumba; Circuit Training.
I wanted to know what the accuracy of calories burned was for these three work outs. I tried to search for Tae Bo specifically but had some trouble finding anything related to my question. Do reduce the amount of calories burned? Add to them? ~750 calories burned for 40 minutes of Tae Bo seems like a lot. Thank you!
