grenade thermo detonator
I have just ordered a tub of grenade thermo and was interested to see if anyone had used it and had good results. I wasn't sure whether to go with grenade or thermobol. I will be taking them in conjunction with promax diet.

I want to take up running but want to know the best way to start. I have heard so many conflicting stories. I have some people telling me to start running and keep pushing myself through the pain and I will get fitter quicker ect. Does anyone have any tips on getting legs slimmer.
