I am stuck at 10 pounds. Been at this for 46 days, working out a lot. Just finished week seven of the 10 week couch to 5k. I play tennis or do other exercises on my rest days, usually take a real day off every 7-8 days. Set at 1200 calories for 2 pound per week, but have been at 10 for a long time, over a week. Is this a…
