I am stuck at 10 pounds. Been at this for 46 days, working out a lot. Just finished week seven of the 10 week couch to 5k. I play tennis or do other exercises on my rest days, usually take a real day off every 7-8 days. Set at 1200 calories for 2 pound per week, but have been at 10 for a long time, over a week. Is this a real plateau or am I just being impatient. Getting frustrated....I am just getting depressed about it all and don't know what to do! My BMR, according to MFP is 1300 or there abouts. I usually am close to my calories and try not to eat back my earned calories. Any ideas or suggetions?
