I am trying to incorporate jogging into my walks and was wondering if any of you could recommend a good pair of running shoes? What's on your workout playlist?
I'm in the process of creating a playlist solely for working out. I know there are a ton of songs out there, than what I've got, that are nice to jam to whilst getting your burn on. Please share so that I can add onto my slender list of workout tunes. Thanks in advance!!!

I have heard different things when it comes to weighing yourself. Every day, once a week, once a month, etc. How often do you weigh yourself and why?
