Brachioplasty / Lipo on Saddlebags
I just had Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) and Lipo on my Saddlebags a week ago today and although I'm feeling great, I just don't see the difference as much as everyone else seems to. Has anyone else had this experience?

Arm Lift / Bat Wings / Brachioplasty Surgery
Hi All... So I'm now 19 months post op and have pretty much leveled out. I'm 205 lbs right now and both my surgeon and plastic surgeon agree that I have approximately 25-30 lbs of excess skin. Hi from Los Angeles, CA
Anyone else from California? I have lost 164 lbs so far, but still have another 60 lbs I want to lose. I would love to find others in the Los Angeles area that would like to go hiking, walking or bicycling. Feel free to add me (even if you're not in California) =) Best of luck to all!!

Half Marathon Training
So I started the C25K training a few weeks ago and quickly realized that I'm never going to be one of those people that will be able to run long distances, however I can go a long time doing intervals, meaning I run 3 minutes, walk 1 minute. I've read some articles that say this is a good way to run, reduces risk of…

Preservatives after Gastric Bypass
I am nearly 7 months post op and I have realized that food that has preservatives in it seem to bother me a lot more. If I go out to eat, foods that are highly processed or have a lot of sauces on them don't sit well either. Anyone else have these issues?

Calorie Intake 5 months Post-Op
Hi All... I will be 5 months post-op next week and I'm still struggling with my calorie intake. I get enough protein, I'm drinking 4 or 5 a day, but food just has no appeal to be so I'm averaging between 600-700 calories per day, 800-900 on a good day and I'm exercising. Any advice on getting more calories and how many I…

Traveling with Protein Powder
I will be traveling from Los Angeles to Chicago next week and was wondering if anyone knows if I will be allowed to bring, sealed, unopened, in original packaging individual size protein powder packets. I won't be checking any bags. Thanks.

Exercise
So I'm just past one month post op and I've been cleared to do swimming and light cardio exercises. No weights yet. What kind of exercise did everyone do when starting out, besides walking, and for how long? I have been going to the gym and doing cardio for about 45 minutes everyday. I am also going to start swimming for…
