Ok, so I am on that dreadful monthy womanly thing, Argh! And at work there is this HUGE bowl filled with CHOCOLATE and I WANT to go eat all of it.... I know I can't just have 1 cuz then i end up eating a ton... HELP ME!!

I don't wanna do my workout at lunch :-(
I usually do a 30 min arm work out with weights at lunch time and I reallllly don't feel like doing it :-(

Need recipe with ground beef/greek yogurt
Ok so these are the main ingredients that i have..... 1 lb ground beef greek yogurt green peppers onions mushrooms brown rice Anybody have a good low calorie recipe with these in it?

Just wanted to say hi to everyone.... I'm a newby here.. on day 3 whoot whoot (lol). Really digging this site and logging in all my food is helping me to not snack and to portion control everything. It is actually kind of fun to do. Love all the support, ideas, etc. on this site.
