I don't wanna do my workout at lunch :-(

I usually do a 30 min arm work out with weights at lunch time and I reallllly don't feel like doing it :-(

    Do something different then. Download a few new songs on your phone or ipod, etc, and go for a walk instead. New music always gets me going!

    I also have to do most of my workouts at lunchtime and I struggle sometimes to get up and do it--especially on Mondays. I usually say to myself that I only have to do 10 minutes and then I can stop if I want. Of course, I never stop after exercising for 10 minutes. I agree with dwh77tx--change up your routine and doo something different every other day to keep motivated.

    I always go for a 2 mile power walk at lunch. When I don't feel like it I force myself to get out to at least do an easy 1 mile walk. I like music too but it's Autumn in New England now and I love listening to the birds and feeling the cool breeze. When I really want to kick butt I put on some fast paced music on my i-Pod.
