Argh!

Not really feeling like working out tonight :-( I have to do the icky green machine at the gym (the archer) and it is not very nice to me..... lol

    When I have days that I don't want to work out I ask myself what else I'd be doing for that 30 minutes or hour if I skip workout. I'd probably be texting or watching tv or something useless. 1/2-1 hour out of the day is nothing and when you're done you'll be so glad you did it!!!

  • every workout in my life has felt that way until i started swimming. i love the water and doesnt feel like a workout anymore. My advice.... try swimming :happy:

    Agreed^^

    I can usually guilt myself into doing something if I'd feel guility if having not done it. (Did that make sense?!)
