What's your motivation
There are over 60% of the population in the US overweight and obese. We spends billions of dollars on fitness stuff yearly, yet we are bigger and unhealthier than ever. What's your motivation for doing this? Getting healthier? Taking control of your life?

Weight training
Weight training and intervals are key to losing weight! Forget long cardio workout on the treadmill or the elliptical. You will end up hurting yourself or burning out. Mix it up and keep it fresh.:wink:

I lost 122 pounds!
I did it in 2007. I still improve on my fitness by dropping body fat using weights and cardio. I try to eat clean and getting better at recording my protein and carb intake.
