Weight training and intervals are key to losing weight! Forget long cardio workout on the treadmill or the elliptical. You will end up hurting yourself or burning out.
Mix it up and keep it fresh.

I'm really into Yoga lately! It gets me sore in places I surely have never felt sore in before like those "hard to reach" muscles that you can't work simply by lifting. What do you think of Yoga & palates workouts?0

I love weight training and intervals...the hardest part is the cal intake.0

I agree totally!! Don't waste your time being miserable on the cardio machines. Plus you need to change it up...if you never do anything but workout on the elliptical you will eventually plateau. Not to mention a body that works out with weights looks much better than one that only works out with cardio...I have been there and my body is so much better now (at the same weight) that I am using heavy weights than when I was just doing cardio and occasional light weights.0
