How many calories should I be burning per day?
New to the whole calorie tracking thing. I am confused as to how many calories I should shoot for daily with exercise to reduce my weight? If my calories are 1200 per day...should I exercise to burn that amount per day? HELP! LOST IN THE SAUCE OVER HERE :embarassed:

Couch to 5K - Ready to get moving
Just downloaded the couch to 5k app for my phone. Looking forward to some guided, attainable direction on getting fit enough to run a 5k. Any input on helping me reach this goal is appreciated :) ....off to look for a 5K run in my area that will coincide with this 9 week goal.

Hi all-I am new to MFP..I have at minimum 120 lbs to lose...the journey seems long and hard. So looking for any motivation and inspiration I can get. Taking this in baby steps and trying to set mini achievable goals so that I don't become discouraged.
