Change my 2014 goals based on doctors's recommendation
I need to change my 2014 goals. My doctor made several recommendations for stress and depression which are tightly related to both food and exercise. New to Group
I started at 274lbs in November and I'm down to 259lbs. I'm doing both reduced calorie and walking for exercise. Just wanted to post that I'm on the road to weight reduction. Right now I'm looking to target 220lbs and then I'll see how difficult it is to go below that.

I'm only walking 2mls a day at work. It never occurred to me to add up the miles for a month. I'll have to start that. You guys are doing great.
