I am thinking about getting some things lifted and tucked after I reach my goal and had a few questions. How many doctors did you interview before deciding on which one? What was the deciding factor in picking that doctor? What questions should be asked of the doctor that might not be obvious to a new patient? Any advice?…

Late night dinners
Anybody have suggestions for late night dinners? We are walking at the track after work and getting home around 7 pm. Tonight I whipped up scrambled eggs and bacon and toast but can't do that every night *laff* Want something not time consuming to make and not heavy. Thanks!

Pain muscle vs damage
Pain from muscles getting used to something vs Pain from doing damage Is there anyway to tell the difference between the two? I am having some funky pains in and around my knees that started after starting level 2 of shred. Can't really tell if it is my body adapting or if I am hurting my knees. Any thoughts?

30 day shred level 2
Just started level 2 today. Could someone please come put me out of my misery? *laff* I am finding I can't do all this planking. 30 Day Shred Problems
I am enjoying this work out but I am finding that when I do the "bouncing" exercises (jumping jacks, jump rope, butt kick) the impact causes loads of pain in my knees. I try to do what I can but usually end up marching really fast in place. Soft impact does not hurt. Any suggestions, advise on this? Will it still be as…
