How do you log proper fish and chips..and by proper I mean from the chippie? Need to have some idea for when we are back home visiting!

Amusingly chippy tea is in the database - as are several variations of chippy chips / fish etc.
How accurate they are is anyone's guess.
But If you are just visiting and it's a one off as opposed to once a week, I would just enjoy them and guestimate :laugh:

Actually was info for the hubby. I don't like fish so usually have scampi and chips..and it helps the chippy is two doors down *LOL*0

I believe a fish and chip meal is generally between 800 and 1000 calories, more towards the 1000 calorie mark.0
