I see so many people who do zumba on this site but don't know how to track it or what to put it under . so i found a new discovery !! if you go to zumbacalories.com you can put in your weight and how many minutes you did and BOOM it tracks your calories burned for you .

30 day shred , i need motivation
im in level 1 day 2 and its kicking my butt ! its to the point where i wana give up in the middle of the exrcise , i cant do push ups and some other things i get too out of breath to do . i really want to see results and keep going but im losing hope . anyone else have these issues ? and if so what did you do ?

I tested it out today , and for anyone thats already started , what do i track it under in cardio ? i dont have any idea of how to know how many calories i burned doing this .
