30 day shred !

I tested it out today , and for anyone thats already started , what do i track it under in cardio ? i dont have any idea of how to know how many calories i burned doing this .

    I have seen this asked before. Everyone also says.....log it under circuit training, so that is what i have been doing. Good luck!!

    Circuit training or if you have a heart rate monitor, you can make up your own title & calories. Good luck with it! I'm on level 2 right now and it is getting easier. I still don't enjoy it!

    first i logged it on under circuit training, gerneral now i logg it under calistenics it fits the description of the exercise better.
  • Im on day 6! Love it so far! For now just do it under circuit training untill you can get yourself a heart rate monitor :) You can add me btw if you need more motivation. I have alot of 30 day shred buddies.
