Nutribullet
Anybody a regular Nutribullet user? I just had surgery to have my gallbladder removed and I was very anaemic. I just ordered a Nutribullet to start having smoothies as I find it easier to plan, prep and store the ingredients. I wondered what you guys thought of them.

Diet Chef...
I had a really good Wowcher deal on Diet Chef for 20 days around 75% discount. I have just completed my first week on it. I chose the vegetarian options as I am a veggie. I have found the food to be palatable and I bulked it all out with salads, veggies and fruit. I have logged it all and have noticed it is pretty tough…

Diet Chef...
Anybody tried Diet Chef? I just had a group discount for a months supply for £99. It works out as £4.95 a day which is lunch and coffee me so thought it would be worth a try. Would be interested if anybody has tried it. I'm going to bulk the food up with fresh steamed veggies and grated cauliflower (my rice alternative),…

Horrifying..
I've lost a little over 40lbs so far, I fell off the wagon for a few months and a number of stressful life events have led to my gaining 7lbs back. I'm settled a bit more now and thanks to mirrored wardrobes in my new bedroom I was able to take a good, long critical look at myself. That ability to actually look at myself…

Excited to start over...
After a few months of not logging but continuing with eating well and exercising, I am excited to start the next phase of my journey. I have not lost any weight in the last two months but neither have I gained. I have scheduled the next months exercise and booked an 8 week bootcamp starting January so I believe this is the…

1 million steps...
Since I bought my FitBit in July I have been really pounding the streets in the evening and at weekends. I am now 15,000 steps away from my first million steps. I quite excited about this prospect. I managed to accrue £300 off work colleagues for a childrens cancer charity for when I hit the million mark. I have walked…

NSV... :)
I have been stuck in a bit of a rut and not really lost much weight in the last two weeks. I have been walking loads (around 15,000 steps a day minimum usually closer to 20,000) and have been at the gym doing cardio and weights. I have maintained around 5,000 to 7,000 calories deficit per week. I have a pair of jeans I…

motivation...
I am 1 BMI point away from being simply 'overweight' rather than 'obese', this alone has been a huge motivational factor for me this week. What has been your motivator this week?

fitbit issue
My fitbit usually syncs my exercise calories as I go and any additional exercise I plot on my exercise tab. Today the fitbit has not sync'd at all. I did LBT class folloed by an abs blast class and I gained 600 extra calories from that. When Iput that in my fitbit adjustment dissapeared and I lost the calories I have…

Background calories
Is there any way I can have my background calories deducted automatically from my exercise? My fitbit does this but I also use a hrm and I am not sure about the background calories.

FitBit...
I just bought myself a FitBit and I just love it. Does anybody else use one or similar? It is a great motivational tool.
