I have him on Instagram and FB but was thinking of doing the programme. I heard its good for people who have a lot of bellyfat (me). He is fab tho isn't he!

I have one. It's under my bed. I never use it. I recently bought a mandoline and use that for making beetroot crisps/chips and apple crisps etc. Finely sliced veggies for salads etc. Much happier with this.

I have never eaten meat or fish (48 years now). I don't eat eggs or cheese either. It was tough when I was younger and the choices and my education were a bit lax. Im up on nutrition now and life is good.

I have a FT7 and not a serious athlete. I love it, really motivating.

I am glad about that Mango90, there are not that many virgins around here anymore for sacrificing. I have ordered it so excited about the prospect of using it. Thanks guys.

your body recognises the molecular structure of natural foods. It struggles with non-natural material so is unsure how to process it correctly to the greatest benefit. Best eat natural food.

are you eating enough?

you could do with taking some of the credit yourself. You managed to get yourself out of that situation to have a good happy, healthy life. I hope you continue to thrive. Have faith in yourself.

I am in the same boat as you. I have managed to lose weight and now I am due to have my gallbladder out in the next three weeks and due to run a 10k on 27th July. I am waiting for my date and hoping it is after the race. Since my consultation last month I have lost around 10lb on a medically restricted diet and I have used…

When I have made my own food with the same amount of fruit the sugars and carbs are always within the range I aim for. I agree, life is way too short for bland food. I will use it for the remainder of the time as I hate food waste.

Yay... That is good motivation to continue on.

you look amazing. well done.

I find that creating an emotional bond to the person I want to be helps keep me on track. Also, planning and preparing food ahead plus regular planned exercise play each other up as motivators. If I eat well I exercise, if I exercise I eat well. Works for me. Good luck on your journey.

Wow... You look brilliant. Well done :)

You look really good, well done. Love the hat too :)

I think gaining weight and hanging onto it because I wanted to avoid male attention was/is the issue I have. It's a really long story but nasty things happened to me when I was younger. I found being 'bigger' stopped men wanting to come near me. I have spent the last two years gaining tonnes of confidence and now I am…

Add me. 46 and feeling motivated and committed to getting to goal this year. :drinker:

Look at stretches for piriformis and also for sciatica. The nerves that create these conditions are usually caught in muscle. Think about seeing a chiropractor too. Mine had me walking within minutes after a particularly bad attack and it has never returned. Good luck.

You will look back at this post in a few weeks time when you are running for extended periods instead of turning beetroot coloured. Well done on making the start.

I'm in. I have around 4 stone to lose.

That is the best feeling in the world, well done :)
