Getting stronger
Started strength training about 20 weeks ago, I had never done anything with a barbell in my life so it was all new to me. Todays workout= Squats 5x 62.5kg 5x 70kg 5x 80kg 5x 90kg 3 walkouts @ 142.5kg 5x 102.5kg 3x 110kg Bench press 5x 45kg 5x 50kg 5x 57.5kg 5x 62.5kg 5x 72.5kg 3x12 @ 47.5kg Bit of tricep work at the end.
