So taking that I eat 200P and 40gC then i should increase my fat to 80g? How do you add fat to your diet without adding carbs etc?

The diet was given to me by a guy who has a supplement shop, he has done strongman events and is going for his first comp in bodybuilding. I told him I wanted to get rid of my fat. Im currently around 25-27% and would like to get to 15% if possible.

Just read bout this yesterday and its bloody genius... Get yourself 2 g clamps I think they are called from a local DIY store, they are shaped like a g and have a screw to tighten them up. Put them above the dorr frame and away you go you now have 2 portable pullup chin up thingys lol

+1 on Starting strength 5x5 I started 6 months ago with the empty bar and Im now squatting 115kg and deadlifting 160kg. Im also on a forum called Ironstrong.org and theres a few ladies on it who lift weights...check it out you wont regret it.

Im new to strength training and recently I had a similar chat with a few people. What I am doing now is 50% carbs 30% protein and 20% fat. I train 3 times a week and mostly do weights ie squats deadlifts etc so after my workouts I have carbs and protein with no fat. My non training days I have fat but kinda cut down my…

Girls no need for dvd's etc just do a few squats a couple of times a week and I promise you you'l have buns of steel. I squat 3 times a week and honestly my butt has gotten rock hard lol

Just a wee side note here bout cardio...if you go on the treadmill and walk on an incline of 15 at around 6kmph then you burn around 1000 calories an hour. I do weights but try to incorporate a bit of cardio into my session but I mostly do HIIT

If you go to the cardio database and scroll down you'l see strength training click it and I think it registers calories burned

Oh and with any of the strength programmes theres plenty of squatting so youl have the bestest booty in the land lol
