I'm eating too much sugar ??
So i'm new to MFP after trying with Weight Watchers, Slim World etc. I have been keeping to about 1000-1200 cals a day which I am finding quite do-able BUT my sugar consumption is always WAY over the daily limit ! For example im already on -36 today !! Ive had cornflakes for breakfast. Sushi for lunch and a huge fruit…

Just counting cals no exercise ?
Ok so I've 28 pounds in 3 months by just eating only 1200 cals a day and no more. I do a little walking, about a mile a day and on the exercise front that is all ( blush ) I will be honest, my 28lbs is barely showing, I still feel and look ( in my opinion ) overweight and not one single person has mentioned they can see…

Ive lost 23lb and it doesnt show.....
Not even a bit. I measure the same, look the same ! Where the hell has the 23lb gone from then ?? Its actually ruining my motivation as although the scales are going sloooowly down I appear to have stayed the same physically ? Any advice ?
