I feel so good!
I feel very GOOD today! Yesterday I pretty much died with the lack of caffeine and sugar, and I wanted them both soooo bad. But today my body’s over it – I feel awake and craving healthy foods. Last night was friggin hard! There were cookies on the counter and I wanted them! But I’m glad I didn’t. I feel free! Anybody else…

I just think it's funny that my scale is one of those crappy non-electronic ones. I can weigh myself on it, step off, step back on and weigh 2 more pounds.
