UK - Women's running bottoms - need suggestions please.
I needed to replace some of my running gear, especially the leggings, I went to sports direct (I know big mistake) bought some but unfortunately they are see through. So wondered if you fellow runners could recommend a good pair, I need a key in them as well please.

Thigh Exercises - Help and Ideas
They have taken away the abductor machines at my gym, you know the ones you sit on and one works the inner thigh and one works the outer thigh with weights. I used to get great toning when I used them. What other exercises could I do instead?
