Stopped birth control, interesting side effect
I’ve always been overweight, but with school and working full time, I gained 70lbs in 2 years. I struggled with fast food, sugar cravings (literally sugary carbs/dairy all day!!), and just felt insatiable. Yikes It’s been almost a month since I quit the combo pill. I’ve tried a few generics of the same pill over the last…

Acne
I have been suffering from adult hormonal acne for about 7 years. It was moderate to severe but after losing 40lbs and tinkering with my birth control, it became mild for the last 2 years. I usually get 2-3 cystic pimples a month on my chin that take a very long time to fade away. I have been in a calorie deficit and…

Stair Master: taking steps two at a time?
I am looking to grow my booty without the monotony of squats. I run and do the elliptical, but just started utilizing the stair Master. Will taking the steps two at a time help increase the mass of my glutes? I definitley feel it in my quads, but not so much in my hamstrings or glutes.

Hoping someone can see a difference
I am down 20lbs as of yesterday.. I have yet for someone to notice, and although it's a little discouraging, I know it's still early considering I have another 60lbs to lose MINIMUM. So I was hoping somewhere here might be able to tell through a picture.

should I input pedometer results
I have been using my galaxy s5 health app to track my steps. I was hesitant on the accuracy, but it's only off by a few steps and the calories burned match what my HRM tells me. At the end of the day, should I input my calories burned into the myfitnesspal app? I am registered as lightly active, so I'm not sure if those…

question about my BMR and TDEE through scooby

I'm sure this question is asked all the time but I havent found an answer about my situation. i am a 22 year old woman, 260lbs, with a pretty sedentary lifestyle. when i used the scooby calculator, i put "desk job" as my activity level and a goal of 20% calorie reduction . I came up with my TDEE being 2391…

question about heart rate
I started the running program c25k two weeks ago. I tried progressing to week 2, but I could not keep up and it took a toll on my body. I decided to repeat week 1, as well as any future weeks, as many times as I need to so I don't overexert myself. Hurts my pride but it's better that way! During the running portions, my…
