I hate exercising. I don't like to sweat. If I had the choice, I would sleep/watch TV 16 hours a day. To combat this, I had to trick my brain. Now I only indulge in my favorite show when I'm on the treadmill. It keeps me going to the gym because I want to know what happens to my favorite characters. Pairing your exercise…

I'd add some healthy fats and make sure you're drinking enough water.

Stick to your calorie count. Doesnt matter when you eat, how many meals, ect. I also IF, my window is 6pm-2am. Sometimes I will eat one very large meal during that window, sometimes I'll snack the whole time, sometimes its 3 meals

I'm a little old school and have a Polar fitness watch with the chest band for HR. It's very accurate and has helped me lose 50lbs. I've tried other more modern watches but they weren't for me.

I'm a 38DDD that does a lot of cardio. I've been wearing Livi Active from Lane Bryant. They have a few different styles depending on the impact. It's the only bra that has kept me in place. It was about 50 bucks but very good quality.

Thanks to everyone for their replies and suggestions! Since I've made this post, my skin has cleared up a bit. I continued hitting my water intake, working out 5x a week and trying to stay in a deficit. I think my skin is adjusting, but it's a slow process. No big whoppers, though! I read up on the estrogen released during…

My stress levels have stayed the same, although there could be hidden stress from my routine change like you said. I have never been to a dermatologist in fear of the cream/pill loop, so I will definitely try the Dove fir sensitive skin. Never heard of that astringent but I will keep it in mind. Right now I'm using Aveeno…

Trust me, I know the feeling! It's like you're so excited to see the scale dropping, and you want it reciprocated through your friends and family. I remember my best friend was losing weight, about 40lbs total, and I honestly couldn't tell a huge difference until she bought new clothes. Then I seen her walking through work…

My measurements tell me I've only lost an inch on my thighs, but hey, I'll take it! They have definitley smoothed out from walking more though. Thank you!!

Bahaha thank you!!! I'm hoping these puppies go down a lot but we shall see.

Thank you guys! I really need to invest in new clothes because all of mine make me look like a box. but I'm so cheap, lol second hand shops are calling my name.

Thank you everyone! I really needed those kind words!

Thanks guys! I'm anxious to see what the next 20lbs looks like.

I bought a fitbit flex to count my steps and take a look at my sleeping patterns and activated it at 8am, then went to bed ( I work midnights). I did a little walking just around my house, aboit 400 steps. I was wondering if I should put my activity level down to sedentary, and then let my fitbit adjust my calories from…

If your BMR is 1590, and you're not measuring your food, I can guarantee you're eating much closer to that number than your 1200 limit. I have no idea how people expect the scale to move when you can't take an extra 30 seconds to be completely aware of how much you're ingesting. It's really eye opening once you start. I…

I eat rice sides a few times a week. My sodium is ALWAYS wayyy over, but I drink a crap ton of water to combat the water retention and I haven't ran into any problems. Also, a bag of frozen chicken breast will literally give you lunch or dinner all week for like 6 bucks a bag (in my area). If you need help reaching your…

Eat real food. Are you going to drink shakes the rest of your life?

You can't change a person who is unwilling to change. As you lose weight, it may end up motivating him to do the same. If not, oh well. I used to be that person.. I was the overweight one in my relationship who was unwilling to change, and my boyfriend never came down on me. He is very supportive of my weight loss journey…

I just don't know who would pay to be wrapped up in what looks like plastic wrap lol
-
Let's get this straight. I am NOTTTTTTTT thinking about doing this. This post is strictly for curiosity purposes. I see so many people on my Facebook starting to sell these body wrap things, claiming you're going to lose so many inches in like, an hour. Wtf? How is that supposed to work? And what happens the following week…

I made sure my diary was completely accurate. I upped my water intake. I took my calories down by 100 per day, just in case. Then I waited... My 3.5 week stall was conquered within the next 7 days. Good luck!
-
5 a night. Trust me, if there was a way for me to get more, I would.

I was stalled for 4 weeks.. I was only a month into my weight loss when it started, so you can imagine how discouraged I was. I was doing everything the same as I had been. I cleaned up my diary.. Weighing EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. Kicked up my water intake to an extra 2 glasses a day..then I waited. I broke the stall…
