Since starting my diet, i'm went from consuming very little water to nothing BUT water. I've cut the sodas and sugary drinks out completely (and feels 100% better; a lot less bloated). I was wondering if you can consume too much water? I'm not drinking 4 gallons a day, but I find myself drinking quite a few bottles…
I've been a member of MFP for a while but simply neglected it. I didn't think I was really ready to change, no matter how much I hated my body & myself. Now, however I'm ready to make a change! I don't get much encouragement from family and friends, so I could always use encouragement and I know the wonderful people here…
