I've been a member of MFP for a while but simply neglected it. I didn't think I was really ready to change, no matter how much I hated my body & myself. Now, however I'm ready to make a change! I don't get much encouragement from family and friends, so I could always use encouragement and I know the wonderful people here at MFP will always be there to lend a helping hand and give kind words. I am always here to do the same Hopefully this time, with diet, exercise and help from a open-armed community I can reach my fitness goals! I've set a 'medium' level goal for myself starting out and hopefully, after accomplishing that, I can reach my ultimate goal.
I have a trip to Disney World planned for January and a trip to Universal Studios in May, and I would like to lose enough weight to feel comfortable taking pictures and simply enjoying myself. Here is to a new me!
